AFFIDAVIT.

I, ____________________________________________, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under :-

1.     That I am permanently resident of the above said address.

2.     That ______________________ is my real son.

3.  That I belong to Caste _____________ which has been declared as BACKWARD CLASS by the Govt. of Haryana.

4.     That I am not falls in Creamy Layer Category.

5.     That no family member of my family is M.L.A., M.P., Doctor, Engineer etc.

6.     That my income from all sources is Rs.72,000/- per annum. 

7.     That I or my son have never obtained the benefit of BACKWARD CLASS Certificate from any other State of India.

8.     That a BACKWARD CLASS Certificate may kindly be issued to my son for education purpose.
