By Daljeet Singh son of Shri ______ resident of House No.____, Saidulazab New Delhi-110030 & Shri Rajeev Kumar son of Sh. __________ R/o ________, Saket, New Delhi, do hereby state that we are the GPA holder of Smt. Tara Devi wife ___________ R/o H.No____________, H.B. Colony, Faridabad vide GPA Document No.43 dated 10-04-2006, Registered with Office of Sub Registrar, Bina Sagar, M.P. (hereinafter called the Executants).



Vinod Kumar son of ____________ R/o H.No. _______,  Spring Field Colony, Faridabad (hereinafter called the special Attorney).

Whereas the Executants are the GPA holder of Smt. Tara Devi ___________ & she/he are the owner in possession of above said property Flat No.6 (on Second floor South Side ) consisting One Bed Room, One Drawing cum Dining Room, One Kitchen, Two Toilet/Bath with roof right and with Parking for two wheeler only at south side portion constructed on Plot No._____, Block-2 measuring 250 sq. yds. Residential Colony known as Spring Field Colony, Extn. No.1, Faridabad situated at in the revenue estate of village _______, Tehsil & Distt. Faridabad , the above said property/flat/Plot bounded  are as under:-


North          :        Road 60 feet wide

South          :        Plot No.22

East            :        Plot No.1

West           :        Plot No.3



  1. To Sell, agreement to sell, to receive advance money for the sale consideration of the said flat, manage, control, look after and supervise the above said property/ /Flat as my said attorney may deems fit and proper.
  1. To construct, renovate or rebuilt the said property/Flat as per sanctioned plan issued by the authority concerned if necessary.
  1. To apply for and get the electric, water, power and sewerage connection and other services the said property /Flat from the authority concerned.
  1. To let out the said property/Flat  on rent to any person/s to realize the rent of said property /Flat from the tenant/s.
  1. To execute sign, present and verify all such papers documents, etc. for me/us in my/our name and or my/our behalf pertaining to sole and transfer of the said property/Flat.
  1. To deposit all fee, dues installments, and other charges to the concerned authority /authorities on my/our behalf.
  1. To sell, mortgage, gift, lien, lease out, transfer the aforesaid property/Flat to any one and to receive the consideration amount of earnest money to execute the sale  deed,  and documents and present the same to registration in the office of the sub registrar, concerned and get same registered. And to admit the execution thereof.
  1. To receive the compensation or alternative site in case the said property /Flat is acquired by authority concerned.
  1. To apply and get the cement/bricks and other building materials for the construction or addition and alteration of he said property/Flat/land.
  1. To pay all necessary dues and charges remaining or further to the authority/ies concerned on demands.
  1. To file any suit complaint, petition, revision, written statement, pertaining to any maters of the said property/Flat/land.
  1. To sign and submit the necessary forms for obtaining the said property /House in the office of the competent authority. To get demarcation of the said property/House/land, to rectify any documents  through concerned department.
  1. To apply for arrange  entries in all concerned official records of aforesaid property /Flat/land as may be deemed appropriate. 
  1. To apply for sale permission or no objection certificate from the concerned authority/ department. To apply for site plan sanction, from concerned authority.
  1. Generally  to do all acts, deeds and things for me/us in my/our name on my/our behalf in respect of my/our said property /House/land as my/our said attorney may deems it proper.

And all  acts, deeds and things done my/our   said attorney shall be binding on me/our in all respects  IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have signed this SPA in the presence of the following witnesses.
