I, _______son of Sh. _________________, resident of village ____________ is owner in possession of agrl. Land bearing its
Khewat/Khata no. 70/86, Rect. No. 5, Killa No. 19(8-0), 20(8-0), 21/1(4-5),
total measuring 20 Kanal 05 Marla, upto the extent of 1/16th share
which comes out to 01 Kanal 05 Marla, situated within the revenue estate of
village ______________. According
to Haryana Revenue Department the collector rate of the said
property is Rs. 20 Lac per acre, so the value of 01 Kanal 05 Marla land is Rs.
3,12,000/-. That this land is free from all type of encumbrances and there is
no charge on it by way of Sale, Lease, Gift, Lien etc. at this time. I am
presenting the copy of the jamabandi for the year 2017-18,
It is therefore requested to
access the valuation of my above mentioned property as per the current market
