Since the accused's bail application has been rejected/refused by the Sessions Court, you should apply 2nd bail to the sessions court and if the same has been rejected again then you should apply bail in the esteemed High Court for your state. If the High Court rejects your bail application, you can re-apply after some time due to change of circumstances. The Sessions Court of High Court may later grant bail on application for bail only if the circumstances changes.
